We have both I.A.N.T.D. (International Association of Nitrox and Technical Divers) Instructors and N.A.U.I (National Association of Underwater Instructors), as well as a D.A.N. (Divers Alert Network) Instructor, so can offer a huge range of interesting courses.

The IANTD OPENWATER DIVER course is an extremely thorough course; which aims at making YOU a very knowledgeable, competent and self-sufficient diver.   The theory covers many subjects including some applied physics principles, diving physiology and first aid, dive safety and planning, equipment and the marine environment.  Our IANTD course also includes more in-water sessions to make sure you are as confident as possible before your 5 openwater dives!   The IANTD course will teach you to how to be a more self-sufficient, and confident diver, as well as being a reliable buddy - you will know that you can take care of yourself without having to rely on someone else should an emergency occur.

Only by being fully confident in your own skills and knowledge will you be able to enjoy the company of your buddy more and enjoy your diving experience, knowing that you are a "superior" diver!                                                                                  

Yes!!  We also teach Nitrox diving.  EANx (nitrox) is a great breathing gas for the dives we have in Darwin - between the depths of 18 - 24 mtrs.  At these depths you can really get the full advantages out of using EANx.  Come in and have a chat and learn more.

I.A.N.T.D. DEEP DIVER                                                   $450.00

This Deep Diver course is a fairly technical one teaching you the basics of technical diving and the use of the extra equipment necessary - guide reels, deco lift bags, stage deco tanks, valve shut-downs and many other advanced skills.

The theory covers the physics and physiology of diving deep, deep diving safety and planning and gas management.

I.A.N.T.D. ADVANCED EANx DIVER                            $450.00

The Advanced Nitrox Diver is the next logical step after Deep Diver.  If you a interested in becoming a Divemaster or moving into Technical Diving, then this is the course for you.  Advanced EANx Diver takes you into the world of  Limited Decompression Diving, using 50% EANx as your Decompression Gas for accelerated decompression.  Advanced EANx Diver is designed to give you the high level of knowledge needed to do Decompression Diving safely and confidently, you will learn more on gas management, equipment configurations, gas laws and diving physics, the physiology and psychology of deeper diving.

I.A.N.T.D. RESCUE DIVER                                             $450.00

The IANTD Rescue Diver is one step ahead of any other  Rescue Diver certification.  If you are thinking of going further with your diving education and continuing to Divemaster, this one is a definite must.  Included in the course is the DAN Oxygen Provider course described below.

This is a hectic course, but can be a lot of fun too!  Practical sessions in the pool as well as on the beach and the boat, hone your search and rescue skills in many different situations.

The theory of course covers accident management, stress management, diving medicine, physiology and first aid.

A full one day course with international certification in CPR and Oxygen Provision.  This course is also recognised Australia-wide, under the Australian Quality Training Framework.

This is a particularly good course - full of interesting diving first aid, physiology as well as practical CPR/EAR work, culminating in an Internationally recognised certification. If you are thinking of doing your Rescue Course or looking at going further to Divemaster course - the DAN O2 Provider is a pre-requisite.
